Happy Friday Dolphin Families! This is a reminder that THIS MONDAY, August 21st is a Minimum Day! All Students are dismissed at 11:40am. Have a great weekend!
Our DBE Dine Out Fundraiser starts NOW! Stop in to Mountain Mike's Pizza for a day or night off from cooking! And then stop in to Callahan's for a sweet treat to keep you cool. Mention "Discovery Bay Elementary" when you order and our school receives a donation back!

Happy Tuesday Dolphin Families! This is a quick reminder that TOMORROW is our first EARLY RELEASE Wednesday. K-3 dismissal is at 12:45 and grades 4-5 dismiss at 1:15. TK is your usual dismissal time. Plan for the parking lot to be busier than other days. See you then!

What an INCREDIBLE first day of school! We loved having everyone on campus.
Next up: Picture Day is TOMORROW! All students will be photographed in the morning, so send them with their smiles! Today's smiles were perfect.
It is the last day before school starts! These next two days parents are allowed to enter campus and walk their child to class. Students and parents may enter through the "A" Gate or the "D" Gate. These are the gates for students to arrive in the morning. See you soon!

TOMORROW is our schoolwide Sneak a Peek at 3pm. Teacher emails will go out at 10am. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders to be sure you don't miss your teacher introduction. Don't forget - you will not receive your teacher email if your data confirmation is not complete!

Just six days until our first day of school! Today is all about staying informed. Be sure we have the best phone number and email for you. Also our BRAND NEW BYRON DISTRICT APP has launched! You can search Byron Union School District in your App Store, or use the QR Code here.
7 days! Time to start getting back into a routine! Encourage your kids to start going to bed a little earlier each night to ease into the early mornings. (Teachers and staff, this means you too 😉)
There have been a few families asking, so just a reminder that you will receive the name of your child’s teacher next Wednesday, July 26th when you receive your welcome email from them (as long as your Aeries data confirmation is complete!) We have students enrolling daily, so class rosters are still changing. So watch for your email Wednesday Morning. We can’t wait to have you back!

Back to school means it's time to stock up on supplies! If you need assistance with supplies for your child, please contact our main office. Our local Lions club just restocked us with some backpacks and other basic supplies! 🐬
There are only 9 more days of summer break! Make sure you complete your AERIES online student data confirmation. We will have Meet-the-Teacher/Sneak-a-Peek on Wednesday, July 26th at 3pm, but your Aeries confirmation must be done to attend. We can't wait to see you!
